Privacy Policy

  • Orders: Stripe processes your payment and collects your name, email and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver your files and provide support. See Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Contact form: the name, email and message you send are used only to reply to you. The form is handled by our hosting provider (Netlify).
  • Cart: your cart is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us until you check out.
  • Cookies & tracking: this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
  • Retention: order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing .

Terms of Sale

  • All products sold by PixelPantheon are digital products (downloadable image files). No physical product is printed or shipped.
  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and are the final price charged at checkout. No shipping is charged.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Use of each artwork is governed by the license below.
  • If a download does not work, contact us with the email used at checkout and we will help or send the file another way.

Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, if you have expressly agreed to that and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. Before checkout you are asked to confirm this.

We will still refund you if the file you receive is faulty, does not match the product description, or cannot be downloaded and we are unable to fix the problem. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Digital Products & Delivery

  • Every item in the shop is a digital file. There is no physical poster, print, canvas or package.
  • After Stripe confirms your payment, you are sent to an order confirmation page with a download button for each artwork you bought.
  • Download links are personal and expire for security. You can reopen the confirmation page to get fresh links during the download period shown on that page.
  • Stripe emails you a payment receipt. Download links are shown on the confirmation page, not in that email.

Artwork License

Copyright in all artwork remains with unless stated otherwise. For any use not covered by the license, please contact us.
